Daniel Paredes is a folk artist from Puebla, Mexico, specializing in polychrome ceramics and figures inspired by Día de Muertos. When Daniel began working with clay at age six, he joined a family tradition spanning several generations.

His colorful calaveras and skeletons depict scenes from everyday Mexican life, blending tradition, humor, and imagery inspired by José Guadalupe Posada. Daniel has presented his work in Mexico and the United States, including at the National Museum of Mexican Art’s Festival del Arte Popular in Chicago.
