The National Museum of Mexican Art’s Community Arts Sustaining Academics (CASA) program is excited to present a delightful afternoon of music and dance, showcasing CASA's young and talented performing artists along with notable community musicians. Snacks, beverages, and entry into raffles are included with purchase of a ticket.
The lineup includes three different partner schools: Calmeca Elementary, Sherlock Elementary, and Solorio Academy High School. The performing groups are:
- Folklorico Los Alebrijes
- Folklorico de Oro
- Folklorico Colores de Mexico
- CASA Mariachi
- Solorio Latin Jazz Ensemble
In addition to these youth performances the concert will feature special performances by:
- Mariachi Sirenas, Chicago's first all women Mariachi group
- Singer-songwriter Rosalba Valdez

Parking is available in the Ray Castro parking lot, located on the East side of the museum at a rate of $2 an hour.
