Join us on Saturday, October 28th as we celebrate Día de los Muertos by transforming the Museum and its surroundings into a beautiful space to remember our loved ones. On this special day, guests can enjoy ofrendas created by community members, live musical performances, art activities, and a large illuminated ofrenda projected outside of the museum.

3pm: Trio Los Primos de Mexico
4pm: CASA Folkloric and Music Performances
5pm: Xantolo: Presented by Back of the Yards Neighborhood Council (Dance and Music)
7pm: Los Gallos
Día de los Muertos Xicágo is free and open to the public and will take place rain or shine.
This event is easily accessible via Chicago’s public transit system. Options include a ride on the CTA Pink Line train, using the Damen or 18th St. stops or take the #50 Damen Bus to 19th St. or the #9 Ashland Bus to 18th St.
