Que Lindo es Michoacán: : Traditional and Contemporary Art from the State of Michoacán, Mexico
Page Tools
The exhibition incorporated traditional and non-traditional folk art (textiles, basketry, carvings, etc.) and fine art (paintings, sculptures, prints, photographs, etc.) done by artists and artisans born and/or living in Michoacán. We feel that this combination of art forms best conveyed the wholeness of a state: its people, culture, traditions, and ancient and current artistic manifestations.
