Studio Saturday: Embossed Art

May 9, 2026, 10:00 – 11:30 am National Museum of Mexican Art

Children ages 7-12 are invited to take over our Art Studio to create embossed foil art! These colorful creations will be made using cardboard, yarn, aluminum foil, and markers. Inspired by artwork seen on retablos, each participant will leave with a unique artwork that represents them. This workshop is inspired by the exhibition Images of Faith: 3000 Years of Spiritual Expressions in Mexico.
