More About the Yollocalli Fire Station
In 2024, NMMA acquired a decommissioned firehouse in Little Village from the City of Chicago, which it transformed into the Yollocalli Fire Station center with the help of many wonderful supporters. Through this project, NMMA will double the number of youth (ages 13-24) it serves and provide space for Little Village residents to gather for meetings, workshops, and performances, truly impacting the entire community. This project is part of NMMA’s Arte for All: Uniting People from Neighborhood to Nation $20.2M capital campaign.

Please contact: lisa@nationalmuseumofmexicanart.org if you have any questions about the event. We look forward to celebrating with you on October 3rd!
